The table below highlights our most popular meal plan packages.
Please keep in mind that our goal is to make you happy. If you don’t
see a plan that suits your needs, we will customize one that does.

Pricing Structure

To offer you the greatest flexibility in planning your meals, The
Kitchen Door operates on a fee basis, plus cost of groceries. This
way you are able to enjoy whatever it is you would like to have.  
Filet Mignon or Tuna Casserole, the choice is yours.  All entrées
include an appropriate
side dish to make a balanced meal.  Sales

Service Fee Deposit Procedure

For each level of service there will be a required service fee
deposit payable in advance of the cook date. On your cook date I
will leave you an invoice of your grocery costs based on what I
spent any other incidentals.  The balance is then due within 3 days
of service.  After an established service has been met, service fee
and grocery bill will be combined and due within three days of
service.
Fee includes:
  • Consultation
  • Menu research and planning
  • Shopping
  • Meal preparation
  • Storage and labeling of all meals
  • Containers (I use VERSAtainers, they are refrigerator,
    freezer and microwave friendly) *See note below.
  • Instruction on heating and serving
  • Clean up

Fees do not include:
  • Travel fees applied to locations requiring more than 25
    miles, one way.
  • Additional side dishes are each available for $20 + cost of
    food.

    *Note, I use VERSAtainers which can be reused for up to 3
    months with proper care (hand wash or upper rack of dish
    washer).  If you would like to reuse your containers, simply
    have them available for me at your next delivery.  

    If you prefer, I will use Pyrex containers which are rotated
    for each delivery, there is a one time fee for this service
    (fee varies depending on number of containers needed.  
    Generally $30-$100) and the dishes are yours to keep.
